Our Mortgage Center offers members FREE pre-approvals* when you apply for your mortgage before you find your property. Besides saving the application cost, you'll know the exact price range which you can afford, be a qualified buyer when you are ready to make an offer, and have leverage to negotiate.
*There is a fee of $17.50 for credit report processing.
